La Palma Cooperative is the largest producer of tomato cherries and tomato specialties in the world. The range of tomato specialties includes such products as: vine ripened cherry tomatoes, yellow cherry tomatoes, baby plum tomatoes, cocktail tomatoes, snacking tomatoes, etc.

Cucumbers :
The cucumber is the second most important product for La Palma and the fastest growing in demand. The production of this product has doubled over the last four years. Tropical Coast of Granada. La Palma benefits from the purness/purity of the of the cultivation/crop waters and from the priviledged climatic conditions of the tropical coast of Granada. This makes it the best place for cucumber production in autumn, winter and spring. In November 2006 La Palma opened a new packaging plant dedicated only to cucumbers that uses the latest in robotic and electronic technology.

The Custard Apple and other exotic fruits and vegetables :
La Palma is a small supplier of custard apples and other exotic fruits but it is the market leader in terms of quality. The La Palma brand is the national reference for quality custard apples. As a result of its own research project, La Palma has been able to extend the production of the custard apple from the traditional period of autumn to the spring.

Other products :
The chapter of the other products is very extense and reflects a long agricultural tradition and the climatic variety in the province of Granada. Crops such as green beans and peas, leeks, courgettes, aubergines, peppers or melons are all a part of the offering that complement our most important products.

Organic Production :
Currently more than 3% of the fruit and vegetable production of the Cooperative is a result of organic production. For the moment the products offered are centered on the crops that the company specializes in: cherry tomatoes and cucumbers. The Cooperative will continue to opt for organic production in the future with a plan for diversifying the production and agricultural specialization.
